Statement of Faith Agreement

The heart of our project is rooted in a shared commitment to the gospel, the Great Commission, and the Great Commandment. To ensure alignment in tone, message, and mission, we ask all potential contributors to read and affirm our Statement of Faith. Agreement with these core convictions is a prerequisite for serving as part of the content team.

Statement of Faith

We hold to the historic, orthodox Christian faith as expressed in the Scriptures and affirmed across diverse evangelical traditions.

We believe that:

• The Bible is God’s inspired and trustworthy Word, without error in its original form, and the highest authority in matters of faith and life.
• God is one, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
• Jesus Christ is God revealed in human form. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed divine miracles, died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, intercedes for us, and will return in power and glory.
• Salvation is God’s gift to lost and sinful people. It comes through faith in Jesus Christ and His shed blood, not by our own efforts, and is made possible by the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.
• The Holy Spirit lives within believers, empowering them to live in holiness, share their faith, and serve Jesus Christ.
• The Church is the united body of all true believers, brought together by the Holy Spirit to follow Christ and fulfill His mission.
• The Resurrection will come for all people — those who have trusted in Christ will be raised to eternal life, while those who have rejected Him will face eternal separation from God.

Content Philosophy Agreement

Our content exists to encourage and equip Christians to share their faith sensitively, personally, intelligently, and confidently with the five connections they've identified. We want to help believers become faithful and thoughtful witnesses in everyday life, not by relying on pressure or performance, but by fostering genuine relationships, clarity of conviction, and a passion to share the hope, healing, and truth Jesus brings.

To that end, contributors are asked to work within the following guiding framework:

• Gospel-Centered & Biblically Faithful
  Ground all content in the authority of Scripture and the good news of Jesus. While contributors may come from a range of evangelical traditions, content should reflect theological clarity on core doctrines and resonate with a broad evangelical audience.
• Theologically Thoughtful & Intellectually Accessible
  Communicate with depth and care, using clear language that invites reflection. Engage both heart and mind, drawing from Scripture and trusted evangelical thinkers when appropriate, without becoming overly academic or simplistic.
• Relationally Wise & Emotionally Grounded
  Model a posture of humility, respect, and empathy — especially when addressing sensitive topics or potential points of tension. Avoid transactional or combative tones, and offer frameworks that help people build trust and navigate real relationships with grace.
• Practically Helpful & Spiritually Formative
  Every piece should move beyond theory and offer actionable insight. Equip readers with concrete ways to live out their faith, offer a gentle word in season, or take meaningful next steps in conversation and witness.
• Tone: Personal, Encouraging, and Conversational
  Your tone should reflect the kind of voice you’d want someone to hear when exploring faith through the lens of a trusted friend. Be hopeful, honest, and invitational — confident in the truth but never forceful or arrogant.
