01 - Our Mission & Founders
A Love For The Lost
In 2006, Leonard Buhler and Dr. Guy Saffold worked together at Campus Crusade for Christ, Canada—Leonard as President and Guy as Executive Director. Through this experience, they recognized that approaches to faith sharing needed to evolve to connect with people in our increasingly diverse world.
While their professional paths have since taken different directions, their shared vision continues. Leonard now leads Lenmark Industries, a North American supplier of industrial equipment, while Guy contributes his expertise as a leadership professor at Trinity Western University in Canada.
Together, they’ve initiated “Reach My World”—a project that aims to help Christians build meaningful relationships where others can naturally discover Jesus.

Building Relationships That Can Become Invitations To Discovering Jesus
We’re developing a resource to encourage and equip Christians in building deep relationships where faith can emerge naturally. We’re working to address common challenges in relationship-building—whether emotional, practical, theological, or relational—while providing tools to help believers love people well and become trusted companions in others’ journeys.
Our approach cultivates authentic friendships within your natural circles of connection. We encourage focusing on a small number of relationships where conversations can develop naturally, with resources tailored to each unique situation.
Through this project and with spiritual guidance, we hope to help believers find new confidence in building friendships where others naturally discover Jesus through authentic love and companionship.
